Craigwood Garment Factory Limited, a leading manufacturer and supplier in the woven shirt garment industry, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. With over 15 years of sales expertise and an extensive network, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business and reinforcing our market presence in Europe and the United States. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate and expand the European and United States markets for woven shirt garments. 
- Leverage your extensive sales network in Europe and the United States to identify new business opportunities, establish relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate profitable deals. 
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets in the target regions set in each year. 
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities in Europe and the United States, providing valuable insights to drive business development initiatives. 
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies tailored to the European and United States markets. 
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports for senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions when necessary. 

Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years of sales experience, with a focus on the woven shirt garment industry in Europe and the United States. 
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets in these regions, with a robust network of industry contacts. 
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, enabling the establishment and maintenance of long-term relationships with key stakeholders in Europe and the United States. 
- Strong leadership abilities, with previous experience in managing and motivating a sales team to achieve exceptional results. 
- In-depth knowledge of the woven shirt garment industry in Europe and the United States, including market trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape. 
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and derive actionable insights specific to the European and United States markets. 
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 

Business Plan:
