Yau Lee Hotel Limited owns a hotel in the city hub – Motto by Hilton Hong Kong SoHo.

Motto by Hilton Hong Kong SoHo is a new lifestyle hotel scheduled to open in 2nd quarter of 2025. It locates in Sheung Wan with 274 guest rooms, 2 catering outlets, 1 corner shop and a fitness room. The hotel incorporates unique and sustainable practices, earning it recognition for its commitment to sustainability and innovative design.

Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities

·           Monitor competitors' activities and provide market intelligence.

·           Sell to new, existing, and potential customers while negotiating rates that benefit the business.

·           Service existing business by managing account bases and selling all facets of the hotel.

·           Develop and maintain a regular pattern of sales calls and meetings with principals of the target market.

·           Provide direction on and conduct market research and analysis.

·           Build a profile within the local marketplace through attendance at various events.

·           Works with superiors to prepare and manage the departmental budget.

Job Requirements

·         Clear verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate multilingually are advantages.

·         Proven success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.

·         Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques with sharp negotiation and networking skills.

·         Good computer literacy and knowledge of hotel sales systems.

·         Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field.

·         3 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates with less experience would be considered as Assistant Sales Manager.
