Our client, a real estate developer is looking for a Sales Manager to look after the international residential projects.

  • Strategic Planning & Execution
    Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Design and execute multi-channel campaigns to enhance brand visibility, attract qualified buyers, and generate high-quality leads.

  • Business Development & Market Expansion
    Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and untapped markets. Strengthen engagement with prospective buyers while building and maintaining strong relationships with agents, partners, and key stakeholders.

  • Market Intelligence & Analysis
    Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging market segments, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaign effectiveness.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Work closely with internal teams across sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless coordination and alignment, driving optimal business outcomes and customer satisfaction.

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
    Track and analyze key sales and marketing performance metrics. Prepare regular reports and insights for senior management to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, with a strong track record in international residential
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; a collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (written and spoken), with a good command of Putonghua.
