Sales Manager – CCTV & ELV Solutions

Sea Point, an international system integration solutions company, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive the growth of our CCTV and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) business in Hong Kong. Our innovative product portfolio includes cutting-edge solutions such as CCTV systems, Video Analysis, People Counting, Building Management Systems (BMS), Smart Office Management, Smart Toilets, and Lighting Control Systems, designed for offices, restaurants, retail spaces, commercial buildings, and shopping malls.

We’re looking for a motivated professional with expertise in CCTV solutions and a strong network of property developers, property management companies, architects, ELV designers, and contractors to lead our business expansion in this sector.


Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and strengthen relationships with contractors, property developers, property management firms, architects, and ELV design companies to promote CCTV, Video Analysis, and ELV solutions.

  • Conduct client visits to present, demonstrate, and position advanced CCTV and ELV products.
  • Collaborate with contractors on-site to resolve technical issues and address customer complaints effectively.
  • Leverage your network to identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving market expansion.
  • Present and sell CCTV and ELV solutions to both existing and prospective clients, using value-driven strategies.
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Resolve client issues promptly to maximize satisfaction and foster trust.
  • Meet sales targets and deliver results on time.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless and tailored solutions for clients.
  • Analyze market trends, evaluate territory potential, and provide regular sales updates.
  • Understand client business needs and recommend solutions that add measurable value.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in CCTV or ELV solutions.

  • Proven experience with ELV projects, such as CCTV systems, PA systems, WiFi solutions, Smart Toilets, People Counting, IoT Lighting, or Lighting Control Systems.

  • Strong network and established relationships with property developers, property management firms, architects, ELV designers, and contractors.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to flexible schedules.
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

  • Outgoing, presentable, and sociable, with a professional demeanor.
  • Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
