Sales Manager / Business Development

Ten Pao Group Holdings Ltd., a public listed company specialized in manufacturing power supply solution and smart controller(PCBA) over 45 years in Kwun Tong, now invites a right candidate to for the following post:

Key Tasks

• Explore Smart controller(PCBA) business in various application with own valuable networks
• Develop new business opportunities in Smart controller and EMS/OEM/ODM business and enhance customer relationships for oversea countries
• Responsible for driving aggressive growth & achieve revenue / volume target toward company objective.
• Manage client activities including sales presentations, plant visit and marketing promotion
• Provide up-to-dated market information to management for business development planning
• Participate sales & marketing activities to promote and increase company exposure in the market
• Frequently travelling overseas and China is required

Qualifications and Skills required

• High dip. or Bachelor degree preferred
• 5-10 years sales / business development experience in electronics fields.
• High, energy, results-oriented, having own sales network preferred.
• Strong strategic planning & execution skills with performance track record
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, proactive, presentable with excellent communication skills;

• Problem solver and serval travelling experience is an advantage.
