As we build our foundation and scale rapidly, we're seeking a driven Sales Manager with proven client resources and networks who is eager to bring their existing customers to our company, accelerating our growth and revenue from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the event management, corporate, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) sectors, while actively leveraging your personal client networks to introduce and convert leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, with a focus on transitioning your established customer base to Supreme AV for ongoing business.
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to a startup environment, aiming to meet aggressive revenue targets through customized AV solutions, event services, and imported client relationships.
- Conduct market research on Hong Kong's AV and events industry trends to uncover leads and competitive insights.
- Collaborate closely with our team (operations and production) to ensure smooth service delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Monitor sales metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership for iterative growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking meetups to generate high-quality leads and expand your network further.
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least 5-7 years of sales experience in the AV production and support, event management, or related industries in Hong Kong.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and revenue growth
- Must possess extensive client resources and strong networking capabilities in Hong Kong's corporate and events sectors; candidates are required to demonstrate a willingness and ability to bring their existing customers to our company for immediate revenue impact.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
- Entrepreneurial mindset: self-motivated, adaptable, and excited to thrive in a fast-paced startup setting.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or events.
