Sales Manager (5-day workweek)

To support our continued business expansion, we are in search of a Sales Manager to drive our sales strategy forward

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive online-to- offline sales growth targets of assigned key account and direct sales channels, including telesales, events, institutions and eCommerce
• Lead the telesales team to achieve net sales growth through the expansion of the CRM membership base
• Manage assigned key account to expand distribution and category development of assigned consumer health sub-categories
• Cultivate long-term partnerships with assigned key account, potential eCommerce marketplaces and corporate customers
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and business performance to identify opportunities for improvement and new business development

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance teams, to align strategies and achieve business objectives

 Requirements:

• Tertiary education is preferred
• A minimum of 5 years of related sales experience in FMCG/ Healthcare with at least 3 years' experience in managerial roles in Key Account management
• Proven track record in sales achievement within Key Account Management or Open Trade, experience in HKBPE & Food Expo is an advantage
• Power user of MS Excel, proficient in Word & PowerPoint
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese & English
