Sales & Leasing Executive

Your key responsibilities

• Assist in daily sales operations and activities of the Group’s commercial properties
• Carry out market research and analysis on potential business opportunities, competitors offer and market intelligence
• Assist a team of sales and leasing managers to follow up enquiries from property agents/ buyers/ tenants
• Keep an updated database of potential buyers/ tenants and document management
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in marketing or real estate related disciplines
• At least 3 years of sales & marketing or property leasing experience, preferably gained from property developer or property agency
• Outgoing personality with good negotiation and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing

Candidate with more experience can be consider a higher position.
