Sales Executive

Responsibilities :

• Promote IT solutions & services
• Prepare sales quotation, tendering documents, presentation materials
• Responsible to all sales activities, customer and social relationship (e.g. customer visits, events arrangement)
• Build up, maintain and enhance good relationship with customers
• Handle customers' inquiries
• New sales/business development
• Contribute to the planning and implementation of projects
• Presentation of sales and solution materials to customers and business partners
• Communicate with teams regarding project needs and goals
• Support the coordination and management of projects
• Keep track of and report on project progress
• Research information as required
• Manage social media platforms and campaign
• Provide support to ad-hoc tasks

Requirements :

• Diploma or above
• 0-1 year working experience (Fresh graduates are welcomed)
• Highly organised and able to multitask
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong presentative skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Knowledge in Microsoft office application
• Outgoing, good interpersonal and communication skill, and strong teamwork
• Self-discipline, responsible, responsive, hardworking, able to work independently and as part of a team
• General understanding about IT industry
• Willing to learn new products, technologies, services, software solutions, etc.
• Mainland China and overseas travelling maybe required
