Sales Engineer / Regional Trainer, North Asia

The Sales Engineer / Regional Trainer, North Asia will be responsible for conducting trainings for Axis customers in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan by developing and facilitating trainings in classrooms, webinars and trade shows, implementing new material from HQ and localizing it with relevant examples from the region. In addition to this, the Sales Engineer / Regional Trainer will drive the requests and wishes from the region and work on new modules and lab examples together with the Academy team.

Your role as a Sales Engineer / Regional Trainer, North Asia:

• Deliver professional and up-to-date training in China, Hong Kong as well as Taiwan;
• Initiate, coordinate and deliver webinars on Axis products and solutions in the region;
• Promote Axis training internally and externally;
• Participate in the development of Axis Communications training offering and give continuous feedback to the academy team on existing and future material;
• Maintain classroom training facilities or look for the best location to deliver classroom training;
• Be the point of contact on training within the region internally and externally;
• Implement Axis Certification Program;
• Actively take part in the trainer community at Axis (on a global level);
• Provide technical support at marketing activities.

Who are we looking for?

• Relevant technical background with 3-5 years training experience;
• Good technical knowledge on products and systems is crucial;
• Excellent presentation skills, particularly good at transferring our knowledge about products, systems and the market to stakeholders and customers;
• Be open-minded and a team player with an experience of working in multinational corporations;
• Business-level proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, enabling fluent communication and technical document understanding.
• Frequent travelling to Taiwan and China is needed
