Sales Coordinator (Trading Company / Stable Working Environment)

Our client, a Japanese electronics trading company is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Sales Assistant.

Job Duties:
- Prepare shipment document, invoice and packing list
- Coordinate with customers and suppliers on delivery schedule
- Handle customers' inquiries and needs

Requirement:
- 1-3 year or above supporting related working experience 
- Good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Japanese (JLPT N3 or above)
- Knowledge in VLOOKUP & Pivot table is a definite advantage
