Job Description:

Assist sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and distribution of any sales documentation

Perform daily operation of sales and purchasing activities

Liaise between other departments, to provide best service to the client's needs, cost and time restraints

Able to work closely with sales team to access the progress of the department and develop sales strategy
Requirements:
-
Certificate or above with 1 year working experience
-
Good interpersonal and communication skills
-
Experience in ERP system, knowledge in SAP is preferred
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
-
Self-motivated, detailed-oriented and willing to work under challenges
