Sales Co-Ordinator

The Opportunity

Intercompo (HK) Co Limited is seeking a motivated and organized Sales Co-Ordinator to join our team in our Kwun Tong District office. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate sales activities, including processing customer orders, handling shipment, and maintaining accurate sales records
• Liaise with internal departments, such as production and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports and managing customer databases
• Assist with the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support the creation of sales materials and promotional campaigns
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including conducting market research and following up on leads
• Provide excellent customer service and act as a point of contact for clients

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or shipping role, preferably in the electronic industry
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in using Microsoft, knowledge in ERP(Multiable) will be advantage
• Proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a keen eye for detail
• Knowledge of the sales industry and relevant regulations is desirable
