My client are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to lead go-to-market strategies and drive revenue growth for the cutting-edge solutions in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), and Smart City technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of technology-driven urban transformation and a proven track record in enterprise solution sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, engage, and acquire new B2B and government clients, public sector...etc in the AI, IoT, and Smart City sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets across assigned markets.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through networking, industry events, cold outreach, and inbound leads.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions based on the company's AI, IoT, cloud, and data analytics capabilities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized proposals, RFP responses, and solution demos.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing, and deal closures in coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong post-sales relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Provide market feedback and contribute to product strategy and business model evolution.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5-10 years of experience in enterprise solution sales, preferably in AI, IoT, Smart City, or Cloud technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding sales targets and closing large, complex deals.
  • Strong understanding of public sector or municipal digital transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders
  • Less exprience can consider as a Pre-sale engineer
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with digital twin, smart infrastructure, or urban data platforms.
  • Prior experience working with system integrators, technology OEMs, or government technology tenders.
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for emerging technologies and sustainability.
