A listed company with diversified business activities in both Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland now looking for a suitable candidate to fill up the below position for its Sales Department in Wanchai.
Sales Assistant (Contract 9-12 month)
Scope of work and duties: -
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the sales department on daily operations;
- Provide full set of order processing and sales support includes issuing Quotation/Invoice, internal coordination with different division and delivery arrangement to complete the sales services.
- Support the sales and Marketing team to coordinate all projects and events;
- Handle ad hoc tasks and any other assigned duties as requested
Requirements: -
- DSE or above, 2 years or above relevant work experience;
- Knowledge of PC applications, Word, Excel...etc.;
- Self-motivated, initiated and disciplined;
- Clear and careful mind set for work and time control;
- Good English and Mandarin, tactful communication ability; and
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
