職位描述

Job Duties: 

  • Provide general office administrative and clerical support, including courier arrangements, procurement and maintenance of office equipment, stationery and office supplies, etc.

  • Manage correspondence, handle all incoming and outgoing documents (including notices, letters, agendas, and meeting minutes)

  • Maintain accurate record-keeping

  • Assist the sales team in coordinating and supporting sales administrative routine tasks

  • Assist with any other ad-hoc tasks to support the team 

     

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration/Merchandising/Procurement, or equivalent is preferred

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

  • Proficiency in Construction site/project experience will be an advantage

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, sourcing, planning and interpersonal skills

  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Can-do attitude with a strong sense of responsibility

  • Welcome fresh graduate
