Duties
- Provide sales and administration support including handling sales orders, customers inquiries, complaints, delivery and data transaction
- Follow up sales orders, quotations, purchase orders and other related clerical works
- Coordinate with internal teams and overseas office to agree upon product specifications, costing and pricing, components order, production schedule, shipment schedule, etc.
- Prepare regular sales report and other reports required
- Maintain proper documentation to ensure up-to-date and accurate records
Work with other sales coordinators as back up when necessary
Requirements
- HKCEE/HKDSE or above
- At least 2-years related working experience
- Work experience in sales administration, account servicing and merchandising roles is an advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Japanese proficiency N2/Level 2 of JLPT is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS office and computer skills
- Fast-learner, independent, well-organized with good communication skills
- Able to handle multi-task and willing to take challenge
- Immediately available is preferred
