Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls, order processing, follow up and related documents
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Conduct good service to the clients and response enquiries timely and thoroughly
  • Maintain data integrity in SAP system
  • Perform ad hoc duties when assigned

Requirements

  • F.5 / DSE or above
  • Experience with customer service and SAP system
  • Detail-minded, customer oriented, good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency of MS office and Chinese Word Processing
