Retail Supervisor / Assistant Manager – Retail Sales Operations

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement commercial and operations strategies to achieve sales goals and upkeep customer satisfaction
• Motivate, train and coach the team for optimizing sales performance
• Enhance service culture and foster frontline staff’s ownership and passion at work
• Plan frontline staff working schedule and roster
• Act as a guardian of brand image and service philosophy

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in beauty retail industry
• Hands on experience in coaching frontline staff
• Self-motivated, strong business sense with excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Able to work independently with strong interpersonal, leadership and presentation skills
• Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
