Retail Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

• Drive and maximize current store performance & exceed their KPIs
• Acquire necessary internal/external from all partner/channel to enrich analysis combined with market insight and maximize biz result in regular basis
• Identify new opportunity which could increase customer footfall and attract new customer as well as build loyalty relationship towards brand / expanding shop experience are required
• Support development of the store opening, planning roadmap & negotiation with partner and landlord
• Work closely with other functional team i.e Sales, CRM, Promotion, VM to ensure perfect execution of the program
• Collaborate with local and HQ functional in special initiative for in-store activation, well-verse with best practices and sharing to HQ/Regional

Requirements

• Experienced in multi-store management and store openings is a must
• Excellent project management and effective communication skills
• Willing to work in a high-growth, fast moving start-up culture
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong analytical skills
• Goal oriented and possess entrepreneur mindset
• Maintain brand standards within presentation and service
• Ability to initiate changes according to trends and culture, identify and implement improved service practices and procedures
