Retail and Brand Development Manager

Job Description

• Formulate a brand development plan and sales strategies to meet the growth of sales and build up brand awareness
• Provide competitive market intelligence to the company and identify potential markets and customers
• Training staff in retail shops and developing the brand
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned
• Assist in preparing business analysis reports and marketing projects
• Analyze business trends and consumer insights to deliver brand sales and targets
• Cover both online and offline channels.

 Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Beauty, skincare / cosmetic products
• Proactive and self-confident
• Strong sense of teamwork, aggressive, and responsible
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy in advantage, especially for online platform.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
