About the Role:

We’re looking for energetic, warm and approachable person with a passion for enhancing resident experience and building student community to support our first two dwell student accommodation properties in Hong Kong. This person will be responsible for delivering our brand promise to the residents, supporting the day-to-day property operations and planning engaging events. This role will be in our property Operations team and report to Assistant Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents’ inquiries,  issue and maintenance requests with patience in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with move-in/move-out processes, create a warm and welcoming environment for student community
  • Participate in the planning and execution of resident events and community-building initiatives
  • Report on resident suggestions with creative ideas to enhance living experience
  • Monitor and maintain property common areas, ensuring cleanliness and functionality
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to schedule, oversee routine maintenance and repairs, and conduct property inspections
  • Potential involvement in Company’s future pre-opening projects
  • Maintain up-to-date resident records and property documentations
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors

Eligibility: 

  • Have full working rights for Hong Kong
  • Strong communication skills Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Associate or Higher Diploma or above education in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, Property Management and/or General Business

Requirements: 

  • 1 to 3 years relevant working experience of experience in customer services, hotel/property management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with residents in a friendly and professional manner
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Passion for providing outstanding customer service and a commitment to creating a positive resident experience
  • Ability to remain calm and composed when faced with challenging or high-pressure circumstances.
  • Flexibility in schedule – work hours will be shift-based between an  early shift and a /late shift
