We are looking for the following experienced professional who is capable of carrying out supervision and co-ordination work for the project of “Batch 1B, 1C Development of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park”:

Resident Architectural Assistant (Ref. JD_23058RAA)
The minimum qualifications required for the post of Resident Architectural Assistant shall be as follows:

Qualifications:

• Master Degree holder or above in Architectural disciplines.

• At least 1 year’s relevant post-qualification experience as an architectural assistant (in architecture).
  
  

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Resident Architect and Resident Architect in site matters.

• Assist the Resident Architect to monitor contractor’s performance.

• Monitor contractor’s progress according to the agreed programme.

• Liaise and co-ordinate with the contractor, the project team, the employer and consultants (team) on matters related to architectural details, materials and workmanship, builder’s work requirements, statutory compliance and issues related to site progress.

• Attend site and co-ordination meetings.

• Inspect and witness site tests
  
  

Employment will be on a contract basis for a period of 24 months commencing from end of December 2025 tentatively with possible extension subject to works condition. The remuneration package will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualification and experience.
