Research Assistant (holding a functional title of Product Manager)

[Appointment period: 12 months]

The appointees will assist the project leader in one of the research projects below:

“AI-Powered Interactive Marketing and Customer Engagement Solution”

(Ref. No.: AiDLab/P1.1/R098), or

“Designer-led AI System for Fashion Accessory and Lifestyle Product Design”

(Ref. No.: AiDLab/P1.2/R101), or

“AI-Driven Pattern Making System for Fashion”

(Ref. No.: AiDLab/P1.3/R104)

Job Duties:

a) Manage the product lifecycle, from market research and requirement analysis to feature design and implementation.

b) Translate user pain points and business goals into clear interaction flows and logic.

c) Deliver high-quality PRD documents (including flowcharts, prototypes) and align with UI/UX and R&D teams.

d) Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, development, testing) to ensure timely delivery and iteration.

e) Monitor product performance and drive decisions through user feedback and data analysis.

Qualifications Requirements:

a) Bachelor’s degree holder in related disciplines with at least 1 year of internet product management experience, with ownership of at least 1 full product cycle.

b) Proficient in Axure/Mockplus/FigJam for prototyping and strong logical communication skills.

c) Expertise in user demand mining (user interviews, competitor analysis) and solution definition.

d) Familiarity with agile development and cross-team collaboration.

e) Experience in B2B systems (CRM/ERP) or complex C2C products is preferred.

f) Basic technical knowledge (APIs/databases) for efficient developer communication is preferred.

g) UX sensitivity to optimize interface design collaboratively is preferred.

h) Adaptability to Shenzhen/Hong Kong collaboration is preferred.
