職位描述

Responsibilities

  • Handle inspection, negotiate new lettings, rent reviews and renewals of existing tenancies, as well as related lease administration, rent collection and documentation.
  • Co-ordinate with property agents and external contractors for handling the takeover/handover of premises and fitting-out works.
  • Co-ordinate and oversee building orders (including MBIS and MWIS), renovation projects, repair and maintenance works.
  • Support the supervisor to maintain high occupancy rate, whilst maximizing rental returns for the Company’s portfolio as assigned.


Requirements

  • Higher Diploma holder or above in Property / Facilities Management or other related disciplines such as Urban Studies, Urban Planning and Surveying.
  • 2 years of experience in Leasing, Property / Facilities Management / Hotel Management / Banking Industry or related works.
  • No relevant experience but willing to learn is also considered.
  • Good negotiation and communications skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Holder of Estate Agency License and/or Driving License preferred but not a must.
