About the role

What you'll be doing

  • Provide full administrative support to the corporate real estate and relocation team including but not limited to relocation coordination, immigration support, schooling assistance, household goods move coordination and property tenancy management support
  • Coordination of special relocation projects or project management of projects.
  • Handle booking of flights, hotels and airport transportation
  • Maintain and update company resources
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by department head

What we're looking for

  • Matriculated with minimum 2 years administrative experience
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively ensuring tight deadlines are met.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office applications
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin
  • Adaptable and flexible, with a customer-centric mindset
