As a Recruitment Manager at Brinks Hong Kong Limited, you will be to oversee and manage the recruitment process. You will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing and selecting qualified candidates to meet our staffing needs. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding or recruitment strategies.

 

Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement recruitment Strategy:

  • Design and execute recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. This includes identifying the most effective sourcing channels, utilizing social media platforms, attending job fairs and building relationships with universities and professional organizations.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process:

  •  Take ownership of the recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding. Thiis involves creating job descriptions, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the selection process.

Build a strong candidate pipeline:

  •  Proactively source and build a network of potential candidates through various channels, including online job portals, social media platforms, professional, networks, and referrals. Maintain a database of qualified candidates for future job openings.

Conduct interviews and assessments:

  •  Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Conduct reference checks and background verifications as required. Coordinate and administer pre-employment assessments and tests.

Stay updated on recruitment trends:

  •  Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies. Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and methods to enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment function.

Analyze Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze recruitment data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hires. Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and talent acquisition optimization.


 Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a labour intensive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and selection methods.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), data analysis and Chinese word processing.
  • Immediately availability is an advantage.
