Responsibilities:
- Provide reception support for the company, including phone call answering, guest greeting, mailing matters arrangement, conference room booking, office supplies maintenance, etc.
- Provide administrative and clerical supports to ensure smooth office operations;
- Ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above (preferred);
- fresh graduates are also welcome
- Proficient in MS office and excel, Chinese word processing and PC applications.
- Presentable, energetic, flexible, well-organized, detail-minded and be able to work under pressure and challenging environment;
- Strong sense of responsibility and be able to work in a team;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English (Mandarin is a must);
- Immediately available preferred.
