Job Description:
- Regular working hours
- Handle enquiries and patient’s registrations
- Answer phone calls to schedule appointments
- Handle payment by cash, credit card, cheque etc.
- Support other duties assigned
- Assist clinic daily operation.
Job requirements:
- Pleasant, polite, patience and caring personality
- Greet patients in a polite and friendly manner
- Good Command of English, Mandarin and Chinese
- Clinic experience is preferred
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication with customer
- Good team player
- Good PC skills (Word and Excel)
- Immediately available preferred
