職位描述

Job Description:

  1. Regular working hours
  2. Handle enquiries and patient’s registrations
  3. Answer phone calls to schedule appointments
  4. Handle payment by cash, credit card, cheque etc.
  5. Support other duties assigned
  6. Assist clinic daily operation.

Job requirements:

  1. Pleasant, polite, patience and caring personality
  2. Greet patients in a polite and friendly manner
  3. Good Command of English, Mandarin and Chinese
  4. Clinic experience is preferred
  5. Good interpersonal skills
  6. Good communication with customer
  7. Good team player
  8. Good PC skills (Word and Excel)
  9. Immediately available preferred
