QSE Manager (REF: QSE/QSEM)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the development, implementation and maintenance of quality, safety and environmental management systems of the Group
• Plan, develop and implement strategies and initiatives to improve standard of quality, safety and environment of the Group
• Plan, develop and deliver customised training programmes to meet the training needs of employees at different levels within the Group
• Manage, minimize and follow up on accidents, incidents and client complaints, and make recommendations on necessary corrective actions
• Manage, monitor and collaborate with auditing team for internal and external quality, safety and environmental audits
• Manage and monitor the performance of subcontractors and suppliers for the Group to ensure the compliance with quality, safety and environmental requirements
• Explore the application of smart technology for enhancing quality, safety and environmental practices of the Group, and provide necessary support in participating suitable external competitions and events for cultivating quality, safety and environment in the industry
• Any other relevant duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Science / Engineering / Quality / Safety / Environmental discipline
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in quality, safety and environmental management, preferably in construction and engineering industry
• Registered Safety Officer and Registered Safety Auditor are required
• Previous training experience and proficiency in quality, safety and environmental requirements and relevant international standards
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Have a close network with relevant institutions and associations is an advantage
