Purchasing & Shipping Manager

• Double pay & 16 days AL
• 5 years’ purchasing experience or above
• Flexible, self-motivated and independent

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential suppliers to source new products to enhance the product portfolio
• Prepare and follow up on purchasing orders, shipment and delivery arrangement
• Responsible for global purchasing activities
• Explore reliable suppliers, new business initiatives, negotiate with vendors to achieve competitive price and terms
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand the existing purchasing operation, sourcing and negotiation strategies to support their business needs
• Support the Team Leader to carry out central function for the Purchasing & Shipping Team
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or above with at least 5 years’ purchasing experience, pharmaceuticals related experience is highly preferred
• Prior purchasing experience in medicine manufacturing and Import/ Export is preferable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent, strong initiative and good sense of responsibility
• Experience in Kingdee Software is a plus
• Immediate available is preferred
• Working Location: Kowloon Bay & Yuen Long
