We’re looking for an Operations Manager to kick start our Hong Kong Submission Center and provide world class customer care to our partners in market.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage our customer relationships and help them research and resolve complaints, issues, and concerns according to our company’s policies and procedures.
  • Keep customers updated on changes happening within the company through written correspondence, email, social media, and relevant platforms.
  • Report to Head of International Expansion, APAC and grow submission units in Hong Kong Submission Center.
  • Attend trade shows as a company representative to assist with order processing and submission and to provide information to partners and collectors.
  • Receive, process, and ship orders on behalf of local customers to our grading sites in the United States and Tokyo, Japan.
  • Receive processed orders from our global grading sites, ensure their quality, and return them to local dealers and customers.
  • Provide general office support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 7-10 years of customer service and operations experience
  • Familiar with GSuite Productivity Tools
  • Ability to lift 15 kg or more
  • Familiarity with collectibles is a plus
  • Logistics and inventory management experience a bonus
