Property Manager /Assistant Property Manager

Business Unit: Star Property Management Limited

Working Hours: 09:00-18:00 (5 days)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director in the overall management and strategic oversight of the company’s portfolio.
• Provide direct support to the Director in planning, reporting, and project execution as required.
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day administration and operations of assigned building, including but not limited to security, cleaning and maintenance;
• Supervise a team to provide efficient and quality property management services to clients;
• Ensure compliance with relevant ordinance and regulations;
• Prepare and monitor annual management budget and expenses
• To monitor property management income and expenses
• Attend the Incorporated Owners / Owners’ Committee meetings during office and non-office hours to build and maintain positive relationship with owner
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal parties;
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties to ensure work and services quality
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in Property /Housing Management or related disciplines
• Holding a property management practitioner license (Tier 1 or 2)
• 6 years’ relevant experience in property management
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing, etc.
• Proficiency in DMC, BMO and Cap626 and related ordinances
• Proficient in both written and spoken English(including Mandarin),
• Proactive, mature, sociable and outgoing personality with result-driven and self-motivated mindset
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
