職位描述

Responsibilities
 

  • Management of residential housing ;
  • To handle inquiries and complaints from residents ;
  • To assist in daily operations, liaison, administration, and handling documents.

Requirements
 

  • Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Property Management or related disciplines ;
  • PMP License Holder will be preferred ;
  • Minimum 5 year's working experience in property management in Hong Kong, preferably in site with The Incorporated Owners ;
  • Mature, self-driven, flexible with strong client management ;
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing ;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese ;
  • Able to work independently ;
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered Senior Property Manager.
