Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial & administrative support to Directors & his team;
- Manage meeting schedules and traveling plans;
- Organize and coordinate meetings with internal and external parties;
- Support on preparing agenda, minutes, presentations and proposals;
- Maintain the accuracy of project information management system;
- Assist Director to prepare fee proposal and tender submission;
- Assist Director to monitor the contract status and project progress;
- Any ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline;
- 1-2 years solid experience in relevant discipline;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin;
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook;
- Responsible, trustworthy, self-motivated, detail-oriented & willing to work in fast-paced working environment;
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
