What you'll be doing...…

• Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, factories, vendors, and overseas clients to manage and optimize order and production schedules.
• Assist in maximizing inventory capacity and production priority through effective merchandising techniques.
• Co-ordinate the entire project lifecycle, from factory site selection and facility design to construction, equipment procurement, and operational setup
• Liaising with local government authorities, partners, and stakeholders to navigate the regulatory landscape and secure necessary approvals and permits
• Developing robust project plans, budgets, and timelines, and closely monitoring progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Providing strategic recommendations to senior management on the most promising opportunities for expansion in Southeast Asia

What we're looking for....

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector
• With knowledge in home furniture, toys or plastic products would be an advantage
• Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex business environments
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, with the ability to effectively communicate plans and progress to stakeholders
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Willingness to travel to Southeast Asia countries
