Project Manager

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Project Management at E.C. Fix Technology Limited, this full-time Project Manager role is responsible for leading the successful delivery of complex technology projects within the company. Based in our Kwun Tong office, you will use your exceptional project management skills to drive projects from initial planning through to successful implementation and handover.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies to mitigate any potential delays or roadblocks
• Effectively communicate project status and progress to key stakeholders, including senior management
• Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations and client-facing departments
• Continuously look for ways to improve project management processes and methodologies

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in the technology/engineering industry
• Strong project management skills with experience delivering complex, large-scale projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in using project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• PMP or Prince2 certification is preferred
