Qualifications & experience

• Degree in Information Technology, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis and project management, preferably in logistics, supply chain, automation, or warehouse systems. (Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Business Analyst role.)
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, dynamic, and able to work under pressure and long hours when needed.
• Innovative thinker with a collaborative and pleasant personality
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
• Solid vendor and subcontractor management experience.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team (Hong Kong and China) to develop supply chain, automation, and robotics-related systems with a focus on requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design.
• Bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions align with business goals.
• Facilitate and balance requirements among stakeholders and recommend feasible solutions.
• Document system process flows to ensure clarity and alignment between stakeholders and development teams.
• Conduct project tracking, resolve project issues, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Manage vendors and subcontractors effectively.
• Analyze and provide feedback on launched features to stakeholders and technical teams.
• Frequent travel between Hong Kong, China or Other location is required to ensure seamless coordination and project delivery.
