With the aim of delivering unsurpassed entertainment experience to our audience, Sunny Side Up Entertainment (SSU) focuses on organizing concerts, exhibitions, music festivals and other entertainment events. Our performances, exhibitions and events spread all over the world including China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Europe and the US. SSU will continue to organise and invest in different entertainment projects in the future, in order to further strengthen our market position and foster the development of entertainment industry.
Job Duties
- Coordinate program logistics for physical events or concerts;
- Assist in event management, including but not limit to theme development, design and production, copywriting for all related communications materials, logistics to onsite event management;
- Responsible for providing support services on general administration to the team;
- Communicate closely with internal and external parties. Plan, implement, organize and monitor all resources deployment to support concerts/events;
- Responsible for other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business or related discipline is preferred;
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience;
- Experience in concert / event is an advantage;
- Well-organized, self-motivated, attention to details and strong sense of responsibilities;
- Proactive and independent;
- Passion for the music and entertainment industry and staying up-to-date with the latest trends;
- Ability to be flexible and be a team player;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Proficient in MS Office and Outlook;
- Need to work in Weekend and Public Holiday.
