Project Executive (Game Industry)

Mad Head Limited is a Hong Kong-based game studio famous for the global hit “Tower of Saviors” (神魔之塔). We create engaging gaming experiences for millions of players worldwide.

We’re looking for a Project Executive to keep projects on track, analyze data, and ensure smooth game development. You’ll be the go-to person for coordinating teams and driving project success

What you will be doing:

 - Plan & Execute: Liaise with teams to meet project goals and deadlines.

 - Enhance Operations: Organize meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-up.

 - Data Analysis: Collect and analyze project data, user feedback, and market trends to spot opportunities and risks.

 - Support Management: Assist senior management with daily operations. Provide general secretarial & admin support for meetings, events & overseas trip.

 What you need for this position:

 - Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university

 - 2+ years of relevant experience, with skills in tools like Jira, Trello, Excel, or Google Sheets is preferred

 - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

 - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

 - Fluency in English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)

 - A genuine enthusiasm for the gaming industry and a proactive problem-solving mindset

 - Experience in dealing with Senior Management would be an advantage 

Working Location & Hours: 
Hong Kong Science Park
5-day work, 10:00 – 19:00 (Lunch hour 13:45 – 15:00)
