Project Assistant (IT)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare documents and handle ad hoc tasks to support IT projects and operations

• Coordination works related to projects, and tasks assigned by senior

• Arrange meetings and prepare meeting minutes

• Frequently work at customer's site

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in any disciplines

• At least 1 years’ working experience

• Careful, good communication and analytical skills, team player, self-motivated

• Proficiency in Cantonese and written English

• Familiar with MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint

• Willing to work at different sites
