職位描述

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership on handling account services.
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, samples and materials
  • Update project management system daily.
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives, ensuring their needs are met as projects evolve.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues and blockers.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

 

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience or open to Fresh Graduates.
  • 3-4 years or more experience may qualify for a Project Coordinator role.
  • Diploma or certificate in related field.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua is essential.
  • Detail-oriented, independent and self-motivated
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong team player with passion and commitment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Efficient project or order management abilities.
