Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Develop and perform staff training, coaching and assessment programs to enhance production efficiency.
• Prepare monthly reports and present to senior management and to improve proper sanitation through standards
• Assist to compile production plan and monitor production schedule to fulfil production target
• Maximize production efficiency and reduce shrinkage by reviewing internal production planning
• Assist in performing daily management of the production department
• General management (eg: production costs control, attendance control, inventory control, R&D arrangements, temporary projects)

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above is preferred.

• At least 2 years relevant working experience in factory operation / food factory is preferred.

• Experience of Butcher in meat cutting and food production is preferred.
• Experience in Supervision/ budget and cost control.
• Good writing skills in both Chinese and English.
• Independent, proactive, responsible; good communication skill and ability to deal with ad hoc issues.
• Immediately available is preferred.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Production Supervisor
