Production Manager

We are a GMP-certified manufacturer of Chinese herbal medicine, and we are seeking a suitable candidate to join our team.

Key Requirements:

• Possess 5 years of production experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong familiarity with health product manufacturing.
• Well-versed in HKGMP regulations and operations.
• Ability to collaborate closely with QA, QC, and Engineering departments.

Responsibilities:

• Possess professional knowledge and practical experience in the production of traditional Chinese medicine products.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical machinery and equipment, including operation, debugging, maintenance, and repair.
• Lead the production department to achieve the company's production and sales targets while ensuring product quality.
• Acting as a representative of HKGMP standards in the pharmaceutical factory, with an understanding of health product manufacturing.
• Ensure all produced products meet health, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with QA, QC, and Engineering departments to achieve company goals related to HKGMP and other health product outputs.
• Monitor and operate equipment, clean rooms, and storage areas following approved GMP procedures.
• Participate in the design of various manufacturing process flows within the pharmaceutical factory.
• Manage and review GMP documentation, including batch production records, production instructions, SOPs, etc.
• Participate in the design and monitoring of qualification, process validation, and cleaning validation processes.
• Oversee production activities, including controlling production processes and facilities.
• Execute any assigned temporary duties.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field such as Pharmaceutical Technology, Traditional Chinese Medicine, or Total Quality Management.
• 5 years of supervisory experience in GMP traditional Chinese medicine production, with practical operational and management experience.
• Experience with HKGMP application is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge or experience with pharmaceutical machinery, including general debugging and repair, is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, management, and training skills.
