Product Manager

• Discover Needs: Conduct on-site interviews with elderly centers/hospitals to translate their pain points into product tweaks
• Solution Selling: Pitch NeuroGym/PhysioPlay as clinical outcomes tools
• Partnerships: Negotiate pilot programs with NGOs, then convert them to paid customers.
• Analyze competitors and adapt pricing and sales plan.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales (healthcare/education preferred) OR product management with customer-facing duties.
• Hybrid mindset: Comfortable discussing technology with NGOs and schools and negotiate on adoption.
• Technical affinity: Ability to demo software/hardware integrations (training provided).
• Languages: Native Cantonese + professional English
• Basic UX/UI awareness (Nice to have).
