Product Development Executive (Apparel Industry)

We are looking for talents to conduct analysis on trend & theme and make subsequent design board and sample collection for presentation. The incumbent shall work closely with both internal departments and external parties: 

 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research collecting trend information on future fashion trends
• Develop materials for trend presentation to customers
• Assist manager determining key themes for the subsequent development season
• Identify designs / patterns and boards for sample collection
• Work with internal departments and external parties to source materials and prepare sample collection 
• Communicate with factories and provide support to Product Development Manager to follow-up on any related sample or order enquiries on a daily basis. 
• Prepare product development and shipment samples and fabric swatches each season and upon customers' requests.  

Requirements

• Degree holder, preferably in Fashion & Textiles related subjects
• Minimum of 2 years working experience
• Good understanding of American apparel brands with fabric knowledge
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, and with good business acumen
•  Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure
• Proficient PC applications in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
