Key Responsibilities

• Teach after-school homework tutoring classes for elementary school students (2-7 students).
• Check student homework and create homework assignments.
• Adapt classes to meet students' learning needs.
• Answer student questions and assist with homework.
• Communicate with parents and report on student learning progress.

• Effectively manage classroom order.
  

Mode

• Compensation: Fixed hourly wage of $80–120. (Salary varies based on performance and class size)

• Flexibility: Flexible scheduling

Requirements

• The tutor must have a certain academic background in the subjects they teach (Chinese, English, and Mathematics).
• Ability to respond promptly, be patient, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
• Careful, organized, and able to multitask.
