About the Role

We are a dynamic group company seeking an experienced PR Manager to oversee reputation management across the group and its subsidiaries. You will independently lead efforts to restore and protect our brand image, handle online negativity and malicious attacks, and drive strategies that rebuild trust and strengthen public perception.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement PR strategies to strengthen the company’s image

  • Monitor and respond to online reviews and malicious content

  • Manage crisis communications and reputational risks

  • Act as spokesperson when required

  • Coordinate with teams to ensure consistent messaging

  • Launch campaigns to highlight company values and achievements

  • Report reputation trends and progress to senior management

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or reputation management

  • Proven track record of successful PR campaigns with measurable impact

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong media relations experience with local and regional contacts

  • Skilled in crisis communication and reputation management strategies

  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects independently

  • Leadership experience preferred

  • Immediate availability
