Planning Manager

Role Purpose:

The Planning Manager is responsible to deliver or exceed assigned Section Business Objective by aligning OTB to the assortment and range plan.   

Job Responsibilities:

Vision

Set Goals for Responsible Section:

o   Articles, Average Quantities, Average Price

o   Product to Article Ratio

o   Mark-up / Markdown

o   Monthly OTB

o   Continuously look for new business opportunities

Planning

·         Support Head of Planning on Pre-Season Planning        

·         Drives Section Business alongside with Section Heads

·         Secure Top 20 Products / TPP as first Priority                 

·         Assist with Regional Price Index

·         Constant sales forecasting

·         Facilitate all Section Activities related to OTB (i.e. Monthly PO Review)

·         Sales Analysis on weekly, monthly, block, seasonal basis and recommend actions      

·         Assist Store Operations on Markdown strategy and maintain optimal category markdown budget

·         Ensure optimal Warehouse Speed% and Stock-Turn      

KPI

·        Net Sales

·        MD%

·        OTB                            

Requirements:

·          Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

·          5 years or above of planning or related retail experience

·          Knowledge of retail product lifecycle

·         Intermediate Excel skills

·         Ability to work with multiple allocation systems

·         Intellectually curious, Self-motivated, Excellent time management skills, Organized, Ability to multi task, Ability to think quickly and make decisions, Passionate, Excellent attention to detail

·         English, Cantonese, Mandarin

·         Candidate with Less experiences will be considered as Assistant Planning Manager
