PD Manager / Sr. PD Manager (Apparel)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product development process in all garment categories (woven, cut-sewn knits and sweaters), from concept to commercialization, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and customer expectations
• Identify, source, and develop innovative fabrics and trims aligned with market trends and customer requirements
• Lead to conduct trend analysis and market research so as to fulfil clients’ business needs to translate into brand right products
• Manage and liaise well with cross-function departments for internal workflow and Time & Action of each project

Job Requirements

• Degree or above in Fashion Design, Textile or related discipline
• At least 12 years’ solid experience in fashion design of which 5 years at managerial level
• Strong background in fabric sourcing/ development
• Experience in garment trading and USA market is preferable
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, as well as strong business sense and organized
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
